At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Assets Business Development/Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets to join our dynamic team in New York. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital Asset Solutions, you'll be instrumental in spearheading the growth of our digital assets business, turning market opportunities into significant revenue streams within 12-18 months. If you thrive on identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value deals in the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape, we want to hear from you.
You'll leverage your deep expertise in the digital assets space to forge strategic partnerships, expand our market presence, and drive substantial revenue growth. This role demands a proactive sales approach, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate insights into concrete commercial opportunities. You'll work collaboratively with our strategy, product, and operations teams, ensuring we're always at the forefront of this exciting and fast-paced environment.
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week.
What You'll Do:
- Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital assets sector, with a clear focus on revenue generation.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders across centralized and decentralized exchanges, wallet providers, custodians, and traditional financial institutions (wealth and asset management).
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies that align with our growth objectives and market positioning.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and proposal development to complex negotiations and deal closure.
- Translate market insights into actionable sales plans, identifying where Broadridge can best engage in the digital asset ecosystem for near to medium-term revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, strategy, operations) to ensure our solutions meet market demands and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes (US and global), and competitive developments to maintain a competitive edge.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth in business development within financial services or the digital assets industry.
- Extensive network and established connections across the global digital asset ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology, including regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert relationships into commercial successes.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Familiarity with digital asset trading platforms and technology solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4+ years of proven success in business development and client engagement within financial services or related industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of pricing models, cost projection, and digital asset compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market and driving adoption.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely in sales scenarios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for compelling proposal and presentation development.
If you're a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for digital assets and a relentless drive to close deals, we encourage you to apply.
