We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Party Operations Manager to join our team in North America. This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's third-party delivery operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define customer service level expectations and delivery requirements.
- Develop internal performance and quality metrics for each customer account.
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to end customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving delivery issues.
- Coordinate with and influence other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to delivery personnel.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing account management in addition to logistics operations management.
- Knowledge of transportation systems and processes.
- Ability to manage external customers and deliver on contracted SLA’s.
