We are seeking a CRM and email Product Manager who excels at the intersection of marketing and technology. In this role, you’ll own and optimize our Salesforce CRM and email automation systems, connecting them across our broader MarTech stack—including website platforms and Epic EHR—to drive smarter, more personalized engagement. You should be comfortable mapping complex system integrations, solving technical challenges, and thinking like both an engineer and a marketer.
The Web Product Manager is accountable for the daily oversight and operations of one or more portals. Responsibilities include establishing strategies and objectives to promote the portals, conduct market research studies as part of product design, gathering user requirements and developing ease of use in product design. Partners with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality user experience, user functionality, enhancements, design, and content align with corporate strategies. Provides product strategy information to a project manager and/or development team for all web product developments and enhancements. Provides team and project implementation guidance. Leads diverse and broad group of stakeholders from across the enterprise to regularly develop, review, approve and publish content and graphic elements. Ensures portals are maintained and available by ensuring content is up-to-date, overseeing upgrades and functionality improvements, and monitoring the portals to ensure availability and security of the site. Oversees the design, creation, implementation, and maintenance of web pages within the standard Scripps framework and branding guidelines. Coordinates client requests on an on-going basis and ensures that all activities are performed at a level of quality consistent with department standards. Monitors, analyzes, and regularly reports on website-usage statistics.
