We are seeking an experienced lead financial analyst to join us as a Manager-Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, process improvement, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheets. This associate will have direct responsibility for analyzing and evaluating existing revenue management processes while focusing on identifying leakage as well as recommending solutions for mitigating risk. You will work very closely with Client Relations, Sales, and Materials to identify and correct issues by collaborating with other teams. You will also provide oversight to the existing customer communications billing process.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Primary focus on identifying and stopping revenue leakage while also providing oversight to customer communications billing process.
Regularly review financial data, billing processes, pricing agreements, contracts, and revenue recognition to identify discrepancies, errors, or anomalies that could lead to lost revenue.
Monitor metrics like customer churn rate, average revenue per user (ARPU), billing accuracy, revenue growth rate, and sales pipeline value to pinpoint areas where revenue might be slipping away.
Delve into the underlying reasons behind identified revenue losses, such as inefficient processes, billing errors, pricing inaccuracies, contract mismanagement, or unauthorized discounts.
Design and put in place strategies to prevent future leakage, including optimizing billing processes, improving data management and integrations, strengthening internal controls, and automating financial workflows where possible.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in process improvement and project management
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, including automation, macros and complex formulas
Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget (Project Management certification a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Salary range $90,000.00-$100,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
