The Manager of Communications has a key role in ensuring the communications team and its initiatives to support employee engagement and leadership alignment. The role plays a key role in partnering with internal/external communications and social media, so that best practices are captured, alignment in planning and execution is achieved, and the operational rhythm of our global team is strong.

Position Responsibilities:
The role is to provide strategic support for the Retail Wealth Distribution team across the region by delivering quality sales narratives on key regional focus funds on regular basis.
- Perform comprehensive analysis on focused funds versus key competitors fund lists
- Identify competitive edge for focus funds and come up with positioning statement and right pitches
- Tailor-made strategy/fund level deck to meet bank partnership requirements
- Develop Affiliate and Partnership team pitch books with appropriate narrative for different level of audience segments (bank specialist, relationship manager, internal wealth specialist, agency, end investors)
- Enhance market outlook materials based on views provided by strategists
- Conduct investment market research independently based on key investment themes of the focused fund list to generate sales story
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years with strong investment knowledge, preferably with financial journalism and/or investment research background
- Good understanding and experience of retail fund distribution business and fund distribution channel
- Good research and analytical skill
- Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong skills in particular on using Bloomberg, Morningstar and FactSet
