The Senior Operations Technical Specialist is a key partner in driving both operational excellence and strong client support across the trading lifecycle. In this role, you will manage funding, reconciliations, unmatched trades, and settlement processes with precision while collaborating closely with clients, the trade desk, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless execution. Combining technical expertise with clear communication, you will help strengthen controls, enhance daily workflows, and ensure accurate, timely settlement of all transactions.
Responsibilities:
Support daily Fed activities in systems such as BDC, ICI, BPS and RTTM
Communicate and work effectively with client support and trade desk on given tasks
Reconcile cash and position breaks both in ICI and recons
Monitor and complete all funding requirements both intraday and EOD
Monitor and action daily error ques in ICI such as FUR, TUR, CTRG and CSCS
Process, agree and execute payment (incoming or outgoing) on all daily reprice and pair off figures
Manage and communicate fail and short position directly with both outright and repo desk
Identify and communicate on all unmatched settlement trades (AMAT)
Work hand in hand with client on wire process, settlement priority, and other daily requests
Pull and save daily reporting from both RTTM and BDC
Communicate amount difference/uncompared FICC trades with trade desk
Qualifications:
2+ years of Fed Settlements experience
Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience
Series 99 preferred

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $38/hr - $42/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
