Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Lead Project/Program Manager for the FirstNet Eligibility team is responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects and programs that ensure the efficient and accurate verification of eligibility for FirstNet users. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that eligibility processes are streamlined, compliant, and effective. The Lead Project/Program Manager will also identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Eligibility Process Management:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive plans for the eligibility verification process, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear project goals and milestones specific to FirstNet eligibility.
- Oversee the execution of eligibility tasks, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners involved in the eligibility verification process.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure the success of eligibility projects.
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to meet project demands.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with the eligibility verification process and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on eligibility project status, milestones, and potential issues.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all eligibility verification processes and deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Regulatory Alignment:
- Ensure that eligibility verification processes comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines specific to FirstNet.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that eligibility projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Monitor project expenditures and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in eligibility verification and project management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies.

Desired Qualifications:

- Typically requires 5- 8 years experience.
Our Lead Project/Program Manager's earn between $95,500 - $143,300. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
