Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

In BI Operations, we're seeking a Dir, Learning Partner over our Data & Insights capability to sustain and advance our data driven learning culture. As a Dir, Learning Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner with business partners, subject matter experts, and learning teams to understand business goals to influence and drive learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals across lines of business, programs, and/or functions. You will lead the analysis, evaluation, and execution of learning strategies as it relates to programs and business goals including proactively reporting metrics to leadership. You will foster strong relationships with business partners and learning teams across multiple functions.

What Will You Do?
- Gather, analyze, and apply learning data to optimize program design, implement recommendations, gain stakeholder support, and influence solutions.
- Operationalize measurement framework strategy (LTEM) including sharing outcomes at role level
- Align Learning outcomes with organizational goals
- Building deep partnerships with business leaders & stakeholders
- Adopting modern data pipelines, dashboards and visualization platforms
- Lead our Learning Effectiveness strategy with a focus on outcomes and ROI
- Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources and propose learning tools, resources, and methodologies to deliver optimal solutions based on business needs.
- Explore new technologies providing feedback on capabilities and make recommendations to improve processes.
- Manage consistent learning processes, procedures, and standards with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Influence and implement actionable curriculum development which may include planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives. Monitor, evaluate, analyze, and report on effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Lead planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Review learning team member projects.
- Manage, negotiate, and maintain vendor contracts and relationships.
- Recommend structured methodologies and lead change management activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Eight years of experience in respective business operations or other learning and development environment.
- Domain Expertise: Advanced competence in learning analytics, data engineering, and statistical modeling.
- Technical Vision: Proven track record in scalable data platforms, ROI measurements and learning effectiveness
- Business Partnership: Strong consultative skills to co‑create evaluation strategies with stakeholders, translating data into narrative and action.
- Change Leadership: Capability to build and mentor a team of analysts, embed analytics literacy across L&D designers, and champion a culture of evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Demonstrated experience with writing and developing learning resources.
- Thorough knowledge of learning technologies, support systems, and methodologies with the ability to identify and implement those technologies.
- Thorough knowledge of the business/personal insurance industry, product lines and general understanding of enterprise processes, applications, and systems.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop team members in upskilling project management skills.
What is a Must Have?
- Six years’ experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
