About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to work the night shift in Lockbox Operations as part of our Global Operations team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas In this role, you will: Supervise a team of 10-15 Operation Specialists in the high-speed image capture/ scanning area. Responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance within the operation area Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 1+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Financial industry experience with Lockbox or other Banking Operations Knowledge and understanding of Lockbox Operations department workflow processes Experience leading an operations team in a production environment Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to anticipate and make timely and independent judgment to identify and resolve problems Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work and provide performance feedback to staff Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment Experience driving process improvement efforts to gain efficiencies. Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and measurements Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change Ability to read correspondence accurately and be able to provide a written response Ability to provide strong customer service and handle service escalations Ability to develop customer and partner relationships Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Advanced Microsoft Office skills Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: Ability to work on-site at the posted work location Ability to work night shift Thursday- Monday 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or until the work is complete (Tuesday and Wednesdays off) Work may include holidays & extended shifts if needed to support this 24/7 location Location: 1801 Park View Drive, Shoreview, MN 55126 Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
