The Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts within the Fire Control Radar Products (FCRP) product area of the Radio Frequency Solutions sub-SBU that will be responsible for multiple development contracts within the product line. This role will report to the Associate Director, Contracts and must be able to readily adapt in a challenging, dynamic environment dealing with complex contracting matters.

What You Will Do
Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop business relationships
Work with key partners; Program Managers, Business/Finance, Estimating, and advise management of contractual rights/obligations and the means to mitigate contractual/program risks
Identify, mitigate, and facilitate the resolution of contractual issues as they may arise
Lead the analysis of RFPs, development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiations, administration of contractual agreements, and execution and close out of contracts
Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies
Research compliance issues, applicable regulations and laws, and formulate recommendations to management
Operate autonomously in classified spaces
Partner with Finance to coordinate invoicing and payment on withheld contracts
Qualification You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Experience in administering contracts

Strong collaboration and relationship building skills cross-functionally with the program office, leads and customers demonstrating trust, respect and accountability
Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential
Ability to recognize business and contractual issues in program performance and help implement solutions; carry out tasks to completion while exercising good judgment with minimal supervision

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
