Raytheon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Contracts for our Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Sub Business Unit to support Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and UAE PATRIOT Programs within the Middle East North Africa (MENA) Global Patriot Sub-Strategic Business Unit.
The successful candidate will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Contracts for the Kuwait Programs, but will provide support across the Middle East North Africa (MENA) program portfolio, specifically Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and UAE.
What You Will Learn
What You Will Do
Provide support to program teams to ensure compliance with internal policies/procedures and the regulatory environment, while ensuring business/financial goals are achieved
Support MENA Contract Managers for all contractual matters, change management, and driving contractual issues to closure
Providing contract administration support by reviewing and interpreting contract requirements, contract change / modification impacts
Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration assistance for programs and special projects as assigned
Assist in the coordinating of solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Contract Performance and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
Support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support proposal and contract related activities and business systems compliance verification
Support the evaluation and coordination of proposals, investigating significant contract changes involving cost, specifications, data requirements, schedules, etc. for Contracts Managers to reconcile
Lead the collection of contractual data and compiling of reports in response to Raytheon/RTX corporate and Business Area level data calls
Contract Closeout: ensuring timely contract closure by supporting various closeout activities as required by terms and conditions
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience with one or more of the following: Contracts administration, Contracts support, Contracts management, Supply Chain or Finance
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) and related government regulations
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with proposals and contract administration of FMS Sustainment and / or Production contracts
Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract types.
Demonstrated business acumen; ability to recognize risk elements in business transactions Professional presence complemented by proficient written and verbal communication skills and influencing skills
Team Player with strong interpersonal skills working effectively within team environment and with external customers to drive results

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
