About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Co-Op Review Underwriting - Valuations Specialist to join our Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) – Project Review Team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Participate in low to moderately complex residential and commercial valuation initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities Perform basic valuation management reviews, valuations, inspections, quality oversights, and consult on low-to-medium risk level issues and deliverables Review, analyze or prepare basic valuation reports to ensure appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory, and bank policy Present recommendations for resolving situations with low to moderate complexity, and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, processes, and compliance requirements Provide information, collaborate, and consult with collateral examiners, peers, internal partners and managers Interact and manage business relationships Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of collateral underwriting experience Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 2+ years in co-op project underwriting experience Knowledge of CORE Understanding of P & L Statements and Balance Sheets Job Expectations: Obtain Co-op Level 1 delegation of authority within 60 days of start date This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Training 8am - 5pm in office (tentative) Schedule after training will be 8am – 5pm or 9am - 6pm.
