Summary:
The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting Solutions will drive the development and execution of innovative AI-driven business intelligence solutions focusing on enhancing Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) functions. This hands-on role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize metrics automation, insights generation, scorecard and dashboard visualization, and tool standardization. The position will ensure cohesive delivery of insights to stakeholders through cutting-edge visualization techniques and robust data analysis, with an emphasis on user experience and interface design.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:
Strategic Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement innovative AI-enhanced solutions to optimize data analytics and insights generation for reporting.
Assist in transforming metrics, scorecards, and dashboards by leveraging AI tools for more effective insights delivery.
Support standardization efforts for reporting, with an emphasis on integrating AI across visualization ecosystems.
Maintain and enhance standards and best practices for AI-driven data visualizations using platforms like PowerBI, Dash, React and emerging technologies.
Building Collaborative Partnerships:
Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop impactful BI solutions.
Establish and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams within GPS and related enabling functions.
Work to ensure that AI-driven solutions are effectively communicated and adopted by business stakeholders.
Partner with other AI teams to integrate their innovations to enhance user experience and solution effectiveness.
Enhancing Analytics Capabilities and Team Development:
Proactively identify new opportunities to further leverage AI-driven data and visualization solutions – prioritizing opportunities with the biggest potential benefit to the business
Communicate value of AI-enhanced solutions and insights back to stakeholders and internally within BIT
Promote adoption of best practices in analytics, standardization, and AI technology across teams
Prioritize and manage analytics requests, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery
Qualifications:
BS / MS in engineering, computer science, data analytics or other quantitative area of study
3+ years of hands-on working experience in analytics, data science, machine learning and reporting
Proven track record in adapting analytics solutions to meet business requirements
Strong skills in analytics and data visualization tools, with experience in AI applications
Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to meet their AI insights and analytics needs
Operating successfully in a matrix organization environment
Capable of conveying complex analytics concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to conceptualize business challenges and develop analytical frameworks for problem-solving.
Familiarity with the full stack of reporting and analytics platforms:
Analytics tools/AI technologies.
Programming languages: Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
Visualization tools: Experience with Power BI, React, Dash or similar platforms.
Database architecture: Oracle, AWS (Redshift and S3).
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with GPS processes is a plus, but not mandatory.

Princeton - NJ - US: $133,710 - $162,019
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
