As a Consultant HR Systems, you will be accountable for overseeing the management and optimization of Human Resources (HR) systems and technology. This role involves making strategic contributions to the planning and operations of HR functions, ensuring that HR systems align with and support overall business objectives. The successful candidate will manage a section of work, demonstrating expertise in HR systems and technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, implement, and maintain HR systems and technology solutions.
- Analyze HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead HR system integration projects, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to align systems with business needs.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on new systems and technologies.
- Work with internal customer groups to understand business needs, facilitate discussions, and design business processes.
- Impact HR teams and thousands of associates across the organization.
- Consult, advise, and guide HR stakeholders on leveraging HR technology to support business priorities.
What you bring to the table:

- Ability to multi-task; manage and prioritize workload with minimal guidance.
- Comfortable driving progress with ambiguity; relying on initiative and independent decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes, HR data, HRIS structure and design.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in HR systems or related field.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting HR systems such as Human Capital Management, Payroll, Labor Management, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Performance Management.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Oracle HCM knowledge would be a plus!
- Demonstrated expertise with a project management tool (JIRA preferred).
