We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Public Affairs and Public Policy to join our Government Affairs team. Must be willing to travel as needed, approximately up to 30-40%.
This role involves developing strategy, implementing, and managing comprehensive public affairs campaigns across all channels and platforms, developing tailored messaging, supporting legislative strategies, collaborating with external partners, staying updated on best practices and technologies, and monitoring and evaluating campaign progress. The goal is to effectively address public policy issues in support of our Vision and optimize campaign results through data-driven decision-making.
What you'll be doing:

Develop strategy, implement, and manage comprehensive public affairs campaigns across all channels and platforms, including earned and paid media, activations, grassroots, and grass tops engagement.

Lead and collaborate with external partners to develop innovative campaign tools and programs.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign progress, effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
What we want you to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Political Science or related field.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $169,600.00 - $296,800.00.
