We are looking for a skilled Associate, Account Management to establish and nurture enterprise-wide client relationships. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for revenue retention, product/service renewals, and growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and new sales. You'll play a crucial role in connecting market segment, product, and solutions sellers with key client opportunities.
The candidate must have experience in managing relationships in the financial services industry and/or back-office technology firms, preferably in the interface between vendor and client, and should have experience in both revenue protection and revenue generation. In addition, the candidate must be able to thrive in a changing, highly complex, fast-paced environment.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and execute opportunities for renewing existing products/services and expanding client engagement through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Utilize your deep understanding of sales concepts to negotiate and manage high-profile client accounts effectively.
- Spearhead client engagement in complex territories, with authority to set strategic terms.
- Plan and manage your own resources to achieve and surpass assigned quota targets, with financial incentives tied to your success.
- Coordinate with Legal and finance on preparation of all product sales and renewal contract documents
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of industry knowledge or experience in financial services with an emphasis on post trade ecosystems and client operational needs
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience with Client relationship management
- Must be willing to meet with clients in person, on a regular basis, as appropriate
- Skilled in the following areas: 1. Balancing client advocacy and the needs of the firm. 2. Project management of small projects and coordination of internal teams.
Salary range $100,000.00-$115,000.00 USD. Bonus Eligible.
