Compass Health is currently looking for a Child & Family Therapist / Trauma Specialist to join our Child Advocacy Program (CAP) team in Lynnwood. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based trauma treatment to children and youth who have experienced sexual or physical abuse, while supporting families and working closely with community professionals.
About the CAP Team
The CAP team is a committed, compassionate, and skilled group of trauma therapists who collaborate closely with professionals at Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center and other agencies. Together, we support children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 22, helping them heal and navigate legal and child protection systems.
This position offers the opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary network of support, and to work in a collaborative, trauma-informed, and mission-driven environment. Therapists receive weekly individual supervision from experienced supervisors and benefit from a team culture that emphasizes professional growth, consultation, and self-care.

Responsibilities
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy tailored to youth and families impacted by trauma.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients.
Provide support and guidance to families as they navigate CPS and legal systems.
Collaborate with other professionals and advocacy partners to coordinate care and services.
Requirements
MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science-related field.
Meets qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC (preferred).
Training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) preferred.
Experience with trauma-exposed youth strongly preferred.
Strong collaboration skills, especially with multi-system, inter-agency coordination.
Demonstrated knowledge of or ability to learn Evidence-Based Practices.
