Empower Youth and Families with Strength-Based, Community-Centered Care
Compass Health is seeking a dedicated Child & Family Therapist to join our Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team in Everett. In this role, you’ll support youth and caregivers through the wraparound model—delivering culturally responsive, individualized services that promote stability and wellness in home and community settings.
WISe services aim to reduce crises and prevent out-of-home placements by equipping families with tools, support systems, and clinical guidance. You’ll work alongside a compassionate team that centers family voice, leverages natural supports, and champions client choice in care.

Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case coordination in home and community settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement wraparound plans
Help youth build coping strategies and guide families in fostering resilience and long-term stability
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis/emergency response
Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care in nontraditional, flexible settings
Requirements
MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field
Designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC
Qualifications for Child Mental Health Specialist (preferred)
Experience with or interest in Evidence-Based Practices
Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Willingness to submit an Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire (if unlicensed)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
